The world's Costliest Car Wash?

Here's a pricey way to show your motor some love; give it the world's costliest car wash.

The amazing service costs £10,000 and is offered by Monza Ultimate Detailing and Protection, based in (where else?) Dubai.

For the money they'll give your vehicle a week-long 'car spa' that uses the latest in so-called 'nanotechnology'.

Staff trained for six months in car pampering use microscopes to ensure all dirt is removed - even the grime not visible to the naked eye.

The high-class grease monkeys are not allowed to touch vehicles with their bare hands though and instead use a combination of water treatment and pressure to clean motors.

They'll also scrub leather upholstery three times before leaving it to breathe for a day, then rub it down with natural oils.

Forget checking in your battered old Vauxhall Corsa however; the service is only available to top-of-the-range luxury cars like Lamborghinis, Ferraris and Aston Martins.

A budget version, costing a mere £6,000, is available to owners of more modest cars, like BMWs or Mercedes.

This includes ten glass polishes, two headlight rejuvenations and 12 upholstery waterproofing.

The company is the brainchild of British expat Frederick Faidhi, 49, born in Kingston-upon-Thames.

Speaking to The Daly Mail, he said: "I strongly believe it's a tragedy when someone spends so much money on a magnificent car and then ends up going in to a petrol station or washing it at home with normal tap water.

"Our treatment is particularly popular with British petrol-heads, who understand the need to treat their super and luxury cars with the respect they deserve."
